According to the requirements of the Notice on Declaring 2024 State-level Continuing Education Programs in Traditional Chinese Medicine
(Guo Zhongguo Zhongguo Ji Jiejue Baifa [2023] No. 1), 1450 2024 State-level Continuing Education Programs in Traditional Chinese Medicine
(Attachment 1 and Attachment 2) are hereby announced, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. The projects will be managed through the management system of national Chinese medicine continuing education program (http://zyjjgl.org.cn,
hereinafter referred to as "management system").
(I) Within 10 working days before the implementation of the project, the organizer logs into the management system and uploads the notification of class
commencement and training schedule.
(b) Within 10 working days after the completion of the project, the organizer shall upload the "Registration Form for Trainees of State-level Continuing
Education Program in Traditional Chinese Medicine" (Attachment 3, hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form for Trainees") and materials related to
the implementation of the project to the management system.
(C) "Trainee Information Registration Form" will be uploaded to the management system, and the electronic version of the credit certificate will be generated
after the audit, and the trainees can register and log in the "Chinese Medicine Continuing Education Program Management Platform" WeChat public number
to inquire and download according to their needs.
Strengthen the management of national TCM continuing education program.
(A) please provincial Chinese medicine departments, relevant units in accordance with the "on further strengthening the national Chinese medicine
continuing education project management notice" (State Chinese medicine secondary education office hair [2015] 1) requirements, in accordance with the
"who hosts, who is responsible for" principle, the compaction of all parties to the Chinese medicine continuing education project management responsibility,
strengthen the project organization and implementation and standardized management, improve the project relevance, and improve the management of the
project, the project is not the only way to improve the quality of education. implementation and standardized management, and improve the relevance and
effectiveness of the project.
(ii) Strengthening the sampling and evaluation of project implementation. The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Continuing Education
Committee Office of Traditional Chinese Medicine will take part of the projects for flight inspection; the provincial TCM departments and relevant units should
focus on the authenticity of the projects, the practicality of the project content, the charges, the issuance of credits, etc., according to the "Spot-check and
Evaluation of the Implementation of the National-level Continuing Education Projects of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (Attachment 4) and the "Questionnaire
for the Students of the Implementation of National-level Continuing Education Projects of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (Attachment 5). The number of
projects to be spot-checked shall not be less than 20% of the total number of projects organized (1 project shall be spot-checked if the number of projects is
less than 10). Failure of flight inspection and random check of the project will suspend the person in charge of the project to declare the qualification of the
next year's national continuing education program in traditional Chinese medicine.
(C) The projects announced for this year shall be executed before December 31, 2024. If the project is not implemented or the project implementation is not
reported, the person in charge of the project will be suspended from declaring the qualification for the next year's state-level continuing education program
in Chinese medicine.
C. Strengthen the summary of the implementation and management of national-level Chinese medicine continuing education projects. Provincial Chinese
medicine departments and relevant units are requested to report the implementation and management of this year's project, the effectiveness of work
experience, problems, etc., to the Office of the Chinese Medicine Continuing Education Committee of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese
Medicine by the end of December 2024 to form a summary material.
Fourth, this notice will be published on the government website of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (http://www.natcm.gov.cn) at the
